Santa’s Workshop
Children can visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus and make a holiday ornament or paint a wooden toy in the Children of Gettysburg 1863 museum’s Santa’s Workshop craft tent.
Living History around the Campfire
Warm up around the fire pit and talk to soldiers from 1st Rhode Island Battery B.
Christmas During the Civil War
Author Stephen Evangelista and Licensed Town Guide Ted Hirt will perform a special holiday program entitled Christmas During the Civil War: Citizens and Soldiers. 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Open Grille food truck
The Open Grille food truck will be set up behind the Children of Gettysburg 1863 museum on both Saturday and Sunday. They will be serving up hot food including breakfast sandwiches, pulled pork, chicken tenders, hot dogs, chili cheese fries and much more!
