Info Helpers Friday, December 5th from noon to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, December 6th from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Sunday, December 7th from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
We need volunteers willing to study maps and an information packet before the event, so they can share information on activities, shuttles, contests, etc.
Destination Gettysburg is planning on two stationary information booths – one on Lincoln Square and the other at the Heritage Center/Steinwehr Avenue. We would also like to have Info Helpers to give out information, provide directions, and answer questions. This is especially needed for Saturday, please.

Tear Down Sunday, December 7th – starting around 2:00 p.m.
Tear down will include tents, tables, chairs, cords, lights, miscellaneous everything.
Return things to the borough building and other locations.
Pick up shuttle, event, parking, and other a-frames signs and return.
Areas include Lincoln Square, Baltimore Street, Heritage Center, Steinwehr Avenue

Living Historians
We welcome living historians and reenactor groups to join us
to create "A Victorian Christmas" on Steinwehr Avenue.
